Warsaw Brewery from the first mark on the paper is part of the city-forming philosophy of Echo Investment. Offices, apartments, residential for rent, public spaces, service units and eating places, which are puzzle pieces to this multifunctional project, attract people and make it possible for them to get into the city at will, as much as they need and exactly what they need. The Gatehouse Offices are one of the first commercial buildings in service within the project. Every day, over 1,000 employees leave their homes to get to 62 Grzybowska street. What determines an office building can be labelled as a good place? Why did they decide to work right here? It is best to ask its users - people who develop cutting-edge companies on the Polish market.
To look for the right people in the right place with support from HR Business Partner
A new job is a new place and usually big expectations - for people it matters. Central location, quick access, everything at your fingertips. For me, as a HR professional, the most important thing is that this new place gives space to develop. Creative, inspiring, telling "this is your time". Warsaw Wola district fully meets these expectations. Thanks to working in the Gatehouse Offices I feel that I am closer to both people and business. I can observe the rhythm of life of companies located here and their employees, representing various industries, positions and working models. A bit like in a research project - I look, check, analyse activities and thus create new solutions.

With good taste by Take a Fruit
Fruits from Take a Fruit are the most effective benefits. Employees are happy to reach for a variety of delicious and healthy products delivered to them in a convenient form directly to kitchens in their companies. We try not only to fit into existing trends, but also to create new ideas such as unique educational events which were first marketed by us. The unique environment in which we work fosters our creativity. The Gatehouse Offices offer a central location where we have an eye on the bustling city. It drives and inspires.

To invest in ideas with AgriTech Hub and KnowledgeHub
We invest in cutting-edge projects with high development potential. We get to know many interesting ideas, often not known on the market yet. Working with new concepts positively drives us and, as a result, pays off with new modern solutions that change reality. Knowledge, new technologies, people and a place where we can develop our ideas - all this creates a unique business ecosystem. We needed a place that would be equally energetic, bold and give us a wider perspective on current business. We found them in Warsaw Brewery. Surrounded by a good atmosphere conducive to create and devrlop subsequent projects, we look boldly into the future. It was a good choice.

To develop worthwhile ideas with [m]spark
Development is the basis of a successful business. Every so often, a ground-breaking idea is not enough. You need a good foundation, the opportunity to share market experience - a good wind in your sails to take off. We share innovative ideas, knowledge from the world of advertising and new media. We help those who create meet those who have the power to implement these ideas. What I do is an astonishing opportunity for networking with small start-ups as well as large mature companies that have recently launched an innovative product and are looking for business partners. And all this is happening here in our office in Warsaw Brewery. Such a place gives us the opportunity to develop and meet people who have similar goals and dreams like us!

Warsaw Brewery - dobre #doWoli good#atWill
We develop Warsaw Brewery with a much wider idea in mind than multifunctional buildings, streets and city squares. From the beginning, architecture was to create a background for people and events. Ambitious, vibrant, young at heart and open - these are members of our community. The Gatehouse Offices attracted great tenants. Each of these companies is an inspiration. The way they run their business; people they employ; ideas that develop are part of our way of thinking about what place in Warsaw we want to create. We still have several months to work to show all cards. However, it is worth getting to know Warsaw Brewery piece by piece. Slowly and carefully, because at first glance it is just a part of the city, but it hides a lot of interesting history and people who create great things.
